Fiona Raymond-Cox, Founder and Principal

After leading both Marsh and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Continuity practices in San Francisco and Hong Kong, respectively, Fiona founded Raymond-Cox Consulting in 2010, a San Francisco-based, boutique business continuity and emergency planning consulting firm. She has more than 20 years of international experience in process improvement, and risk management solutions, analyzing business continuity management programs, performing risk assessments, designing, implementing, and exercising incident/crisis management, business recovery, IT disaster recovery, and pandemic plans for small non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. She has worked with government, technology, professional services, legal, banking & finance, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer industry organizations.

Fiona has been awarded the grade of Associate Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (AFBCI). She serves as an Expert on the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems Standard Technical Committee, and is an accredited ISO 22301 Lead Auditor. Additionally, Fiona is President of the Business Recovery Managers Association (BRMA), Northern California’s largest business recovery association. She is a California Disaster Corps member, the first program of its kind to incorporate disaster-trained volunteers such as Neighborhood Emergency Response Team members into California’s mutual aid system. From 2008 – 2016, she led the Emergency Preparedness Committee for a K-8 grade public school. Fiona is a native of the United Kingdom and lives in San Francisco.
